In order to operate continuously without problems, the conveyor belt requires a high-precision guidance system that can compensate for any installation tolerances. To achieve optimal shaft motion, we offer vertical bearing housing units (with radial ball bearings) in two hole and four hole bearing housing models. The spherical surface of the outer ring of the bearing can compensate for any shaft misalignment.
Our sealing system is tailored to your requirements to ensure clean production operations. They include shaft end caps to protect the surrounding area from wear and lubricant contamination. These sealing systems can also prevent direct water ingress into the bearings during the cleaning process.
Our bearings are equipped with high-quality lubricating grease when they leave the factory. They are made of stainless steel material and can also be coated with special materials, so they have strong resistance to moisture, sewage, salt spray, and weak alkaline or acidic cleaning agents. This means a longer service life and the lowest factory maintenance costs.
