System components used to improve freight efficiency

Our Y25 bearing seat, optimized for freight applications, has a rated axle load of up to 25 tons, a 14% reduction in weight compared to its predecessor, and already includes the new WJ/WJP bearings. The reduction in tare weight allows for the transportation of higher payloads. The new WJ/WJP cylindrical roller bearing can be used alone or in combination with Y25. The characteristics of this bearing are the use of high-quality materials and optimized cage design. This can extend the rated lifespan and prolong maintenance intervals. The bearings are labeled with a Data Matrix Code (DMC) at the manufacturing plant.

External spherical bearings achieve reliable and resource efficient urban transportation

Provide new plug-in bearings for the independent wheelsets of low floor trams in the fields of passenger transportation and local public transportation. The user-friendly and precise setting of the bearing bracket simplifies the installation in the wheel unit and ensures optimal load distribution and significantly extended rated life. The embedded bearings made of wear-resistant and low wear materials adopt a compact design, which can extend maintenance intervals and sustainably reduce CO2 emissions.
