
Full load cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads. Compared with traditional cage bearings, this type of bearing has extremely high load-bearing capacity at the same width. It has a small radial cross-section, which can save space, but the speed is relatively low. In order for the bearing to function properly, it must withstand a certain amount of small load during continuous operation, i.e. C/P<25. Otherwise, insufficient lubrication and high-speed operation will exacerbate wear. All multi column cylindrical roller bearings have a lubrication groove and lubrication hole on the outer ring.
A fully loaded cylindrical roller bearing has two inner rings, which are connected by clamping rings and cannot be separated. The outer ring has a middle stop edge that can withstand bidirectional axial loads and is used as a positioning bearing. Due to the large distance between the two rows of rollers, they can also withstand overturning moments. There are two stop grooves on the outer ring surface, which can be axially positioned. This type of bearing is equipped with contact type sealing rings on both sides, which are filled with lithium grease. The operating temperature is limited to -40 ℃ to+80 ℃. Under certain conditions, this type of bearing does not require maintenance, but when there is water vapor or pollution during operation, and it often operates at medium or high speeds, lubrication must be supplemented.
